Paneer Gravy

Mutter Paneer Recipe Method:

  1. Heat Pan on medium heat and add ghee/oil in it
  2. Add asafetida, cumin seeds,
  3. 1 teaspoon of ginger, garlic and green chilis paste. Sauté for a few seconds. (As per choice or can skip).
  4. Now add green peas sauté it for 2 minutes till peas are cooked.
  5. Add our Paneer Makhan Wala / Paneer Butter Masala and seamer for a minute more.
  6. Add ½ teaspoon Garam Masala & ½ teaspoon Kitchen King, give it a good stir.
  7. Sauté it for until start separating the oil from it. Keep stirring in between to prevent the burning.
  8. Now can add Butter / Cooking Cream or Salt as per personal Taste/choice mix well and cook for 1 more minute.
  9. Garnish with chopped cilantro and enjoy.

Kadai Paneer Masala Method:

  1. Heat Pan on medium heat and add ghee/oil in it.
  2. Add Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds wait till it crackle and can add whole red Kashmiri red chili & black pepper.
  3. Add 1 tea spoon of garlic, ginger paste & sauté for 1 minute (optional).
  4. Add 1-inch cube green peppers & or Onions & Sauté for 2 minutes. (If required can add 50ml of warm water).
  5. Now add our Paneer Makhan Wala / Paneer Butter Masala and seamer for a minute more.
  6. Add ½ spoon of cumin & coriander powder, Garam Masala
  7. Sauté it for until start separating the oil from it. Keep stirring in between to prevent the burning.
  8. If desired can add Cooking Cream or Salt as per personal Taste/choice mix well and cook for 1 more minute.
  9. Garnish with chopped cilantro and enjoy.

Paneer Corn Masala Method:

  1. Heat Pan on medium heat and add ghee/oil in it.
  2. Add ginger, garlic and green chilis paste. Sauté for a few seconds. (As per choice or can skip).
  3. Now add sweet corn and add 50ml of water Stir it for 2 minutes till sweet corn are cooked.
  4. Add our Paneer Makhan Wala / Paneer Butter Masala and seamer for a minute more.
  5. Add ½ teaspoon Cumin & Coriander powder, Garam Masala & give it a good stir.
  6. Sauté it for until start separating the oil from it. Keep stirring in between to prevent the burning.
  7. If desired can add Cooking Cream or Salt as per personal Taste/choice mix well and cook for 1 more minute.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and enjoy.

Paneer Cheese Masala Method:

  1. Heat Pan on medium heat
  2. Now add our Paneer Makhan Wala / Paneer Butter Masala and seamer for a minute more.
  3. Add Grated cheddar cheese or cheddar cheese powder (if required can add warm water).
  4. Sauté it until start separating the oil from it. Keep stirring in between to prevent the burning.
  5. Add Cooking Cream or Salt as per personal Taste/choice mix well and cook for 1 more minute.
  6. Garnish with Grated Cheese and enjoy
